Karl Seidel, our roastmaster, started roasting coffee in 1991 on a 12 Kilo Diedrich Roaster. Since that time roasting has become a lot more popular as specialty coffee consumption has boomed. Here I am with my sample roaster, a 2.5 Kilo Toper machine.
